I Have a Tall Green Glass Vase. A Mark on the Bottom Looks Like a Large Fish Hook. Anyone Know the Maker?
Try looking as "art glass".

Well, I'm really interested in this. I was wondering if it's difficult to pick up? Or I need any skills in like - Ceramics or sumthin.
I would like to talk about this piece in a presentation I am giving and I believe the artist is Erwin Eisch, but I have not found any way of confirming this.
I'm a student at Expression College for Digital Arts and I'm wondering if anyone here knows the coolest galleries around the san fran area for viewing glass blown art or if perhaps anyone here knows of any artists who blow intricate glass art who might be interested in being interviewed?
I go to Appalachain State University and I know they don't have a class, but I've seen alot of local glass art. With that many local artists I would think there would be a class. If anyone knows, I'd appreciate the information...and if there isn't any in Boone, just one in North Carolina will be fine.
A brand new Art Fair is being proposed in a small western Indiana town for the purposes of developing an Art community by providing the land and opportunity to present local and National Artists across the US. Open to suggestions, artists that are interested are encouraged to respond. The location has yet to be finalized, but would start at 3 acres and could expand to as much as 10+ over time. Competitive rental and relaxed atmosphere in a country setting. Also interested in developing a Rennaissance Faire in this region.
I found my old glass mug my art teacher sprayed my name into it permanently and I used it for watercolors, but now I want to use it as a drinking glass, how do you get the paint if possible out of the glass?
I'm curious about the art of blowing glass and I'm curious about where I'd start.
