It is a set of 4 "cocktail" size drinking glasses. Each glass has the same art: a tree. When you fill them with cold beverage, the trees change to different seasons. There is one glass for each season. The coolest thing I've ever seen, and not in a "cheap" sort of way. They were very elegant. Has anyone ever seen these anywhere or know the name of the company or artist who designed them? Your input is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

i was trying to make glass art and took small empty hot sauce bottles and heated them up with a propane torch the glass got hot enough where i could push it with a piece of metal and it would make a small dent but when i let it cool down the glass cracked and sometimes shattered why?

I have seen artwork done this way once or twice. I am not an art savvy person, but I really liked how this looked and I want to search and find more. I do not know what this is called, if it has any name at all.
The art had the background detail done on paper, or the backside of the glass, with foreground painted on the glass in front, giving it a kind of 3D effect. I'd like to find more like that so I can see what else is out there.
Thank you.

I recently purchased an oil painting from Africa. I also purchased a frame from a major art/frame store. Should I display it without the glass or does it matter?

Starting to work with mirror art. After cutting the glass, I sand it around the edges to get rid of sharp edge. How to you go about getting rid of that "frosted" look from sanding? I'm trying to get it to look like a factory finish,... you know, where it has that clear, greenish look to it when you look straight on to the edge of the mirror. Thanks.

I have modern chrome, glass and leather furniture and heavy antique gold framed art. I'd like to keep it all, what is the best neutral wall color to use? Should I go with cool neutrals because of the chrome and silver elements or warm neutrals because of the antique gold. Thanks?
I have a white leather and chrome chair, deep blue gray sofa, a couple of dark wood pieces of furniture, glass and chrome dining table with zebra oof-white and black dining chairs.
